Tour Policies

Reservations are accepted by calling our office at 585-438-4166 or on-line (coming soon).


One-Day Tours: Full payment is expected at time of reservation

Multi-Day Excursions: A deposit is expected for multi-day excursions within seven days of making your reservation. The amount is designated on the individual brochure and ranges from $50-$300 per person, depending on the tour and destination.

Checks may be mailed to our office at 67 Genesee Street, Avon, NY 14414 or Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.

Tour Managers
Every tour will be accompanied by a Tour Manager unless it is not listed on the individual brochure.

Smoking of any kind is not permitted on the motorcoach. Rest/meal stops will be made for people to be able to smoke away from the motorcoach. For overnight excursions, non-smoking rooms are requested unless you ask for a smoking room.

Departure Locations
Departure locations are listed on the individual brochures with exact addresses and times for departure and return. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Integrity

Motorcoach Details
When traveling by motorcoach, it will be restroom equipped, climate controlled 56,52,40 or 26 passenger capacity.

Motorcoach and Flight Seating
Seating on the motorcoach is not assigned. For tours involving airlines, we will do our best to accommodate requests.

Gratuities are included for the Integrity Tour Manager and Motorcoach Driver. Meals that are included also include the gratuities for the waitstaff.

A carry-on bag is allowed for you to bring on the motorcoach with you. The carry-on bag must fit in the overhead compartment. Baggage handling is included for one  standard sized suitcase, per person,  to be placed under the motorcoach. A luggage tag will be provided for your suitcase that will go underneath the coach.

If you have to cancel a trip, please call the office at 585-438-4166 or as soon as possible. Cancellaitons received inside of 45 days will be refunded less the cost of any non-recoverable charges. No refunds will be given within 48 hours of departure or for no shows. Name changes will be accepted for tours, prior to departure. For flight tours or cruises, cancellation policies will depend on the company the tour is booked with and will be noted on the individual brochures. If Integrity Tours cancels the tour, a refund will be provided.

Travel Insurance
Insurance is offered, at an additional cost based on the price of the trip, for overnight tours. Insurance is not required, however, we strongly advise that you purchase it and protect your investment. Insurance must be purchased at the time of final payment or before, no exceptions.

Have A Group That Wants To Travel?
WE specialize in customizing tours. If you have a class trip, garden club, community or church trip that you would like to offer a tour, we will create your trip based on your request. All you need is the date and destination and we will plan the rest. With a combined 68 years of experience, we have planned travel for  groups all over the world and right here in Rochester.

Gift Certificates are available for any occasion. One size fits all for birthdays, anniversary, holidays or retirement.

Responsibility,  Liability and Disclaimer
Integrity Tours, Inc. acts only as booking agent for  motorcoach companies, airlines, hotels and restaurants. We assume no responsibility for delay, cancellations or any changes in the itinerary that result in circumstances beyond our control. Integrity Tours, Inc,. is not responsible for delays due to weather, transportation equipment malfunction or delays at the border. Integrity Tours is not responsible for passengers not carrying proper proof of citizenship or for any refunds due to either not having proper proof of citizenship or denial of entry into another country. Integrity Tours reserves the right to alter an itinerary or vendor when necessary. We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred through sickness, weather, strikes, wars or other causes. Integrity Tours reserves the right to dismiss a passenger from tour due to their behavior. If a person is removed from tour, their return home will be at their expense with no refund provided.
